About therapy

Making Sense of Difficult Feelings

Amanda Rabin’s psychoanalytic approach seeks to understand the emotional difficulties that lie behind worrying or confusing behaviour.

She considers both a child’s internal emotional world and their everyday environment, taking account of age, development and individual ways of communicating. Family, Parents and Carers can have an important role in supporting change and strengthening emotional wellbeing.
